By Joe Mussatto, Staff Writer, jmussatto@oklahoman.com University of Oklahoma President Jim Gallogly will recommend to the Board of Regents Wednesday that alcohol be sold at select Sooner sporting events. According to the Regents agenda, the proposal is that alcohol would be available at men's and women's basketball games in 2018-19, and football, baseball and softball games in 2019. Both Gallogly and OU athletic director Joe Castiglione have reiterated that whatever decision is made on stadium alcohol sales won't be a financial one.
